Local time zone scheduling

By default, a scheduled message is sent to the date and time of the time zone selected on the interface. Henceforth, you can use as reference the local time zone of the phone of your mobile users in order to adapt the display of the message.

For this, simply check the “local time” box when you are scheduling the routing.

Automatic message

The “automatic messages” section allows you to manage the scenario of messages in your application based on tracking data (installation date and date on which the application was last opened) or data relating to reactions to another automated message.

  • To create a new message in your scenario, click on the button “Add automatic message”
  • Then fill the various parts of the form for creating an automated message. This form is the same as the one for creating a simple message.

The difference with an automated messaged is that it does not target the mobile internet users in the standard way for any message, but allows dynamic targeting of users by :

  • Tracking data (first and last time opened)
  • Reactions to your messages (opened, unopened, received, not received)
  • Events received within the application (if your application has been tagged for this in advance)
  • Then enter the time for sending the message. Each day at this same time, the message will be sent to all the new people who meet your target criteria.
  • create an entire scenario, add as many scenarios as you wish and play with the “behavioural” component for the reaction to a different scenario.
